delightfully surprised
The learning curve is very steep. Suggested timing requires more care than using s frying pan for an over easy egg. Using two eggs to start was an error on my part. They were hard. Only one.egg required checking the progression. Also required more time than two eggs and the
White did not harden.
It’s not worth the effort. I’ll stick with my fry pan, where perfection can be counted on.

It works, but I haven't been able to get those perfect sunny side eggs like the illustration - mine come out looking poached with egg white covering the yolk.
