Chef Pot Recipes

1. Quick Chicken Noodle Soup

Serves: 1

Time: 7–9 minutes

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup small pasta or broken noodles
  • ¼ cup cooked shredded chicken
  • ¼ cup thin carrots or celery
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. Add broth, water, pasta, and vegetables to Chef Pot.
  2. Cover and microwave for 4 minutes.
  3. Stir carefully.
  4. Add cooked chicken.
  5. Cover and microwave another 2–3 minutes, until noodles are soft.
  6. Rest 1 minute before opening fully.

2. Creamy Garlic Pasta Pot

Serves: 1

Time: 8–10 minutes

Ingredients

  • ½ cup small pasta
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp milk or cream
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. Add pasta, water, garlic, and salt to Chef Pot.
  2. Cover and microwave for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir.
  4. Microwave another 1–2 minutes, until pasta is tender.
  5. Drain extra water if needed.
  6. Stir in butter, milk/cream, cheese, and pepper.
  7. Rest 1 minute.

3. Microwave Ramen Upgrade

Serves: 1

Time: 5–6 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pack instant ramen noodles
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup frozen vegetables
  • 1 egg, optional
  • Seasoning to taste

Steps

  1. Break noodles in half and add to Chef Pot with water and vegetables.
  2. Cover and microwave for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir and add seasoning.
  4. Add egg if using.
  5. Cover and microwave another 1–2 minutes.
  6. Rest 1 minute.

4. Garlic Butter Potato Bake

Serves: 1

Time: 7–9 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 small potato, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp water
  • ½ garlic clove or ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional: 1 tbsp shredded cheese

Steps

  1. Add potato slices, butter, water, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cover and microwave for 4 minutes.
  3. Stir or gently flip.
  4. Microwave another 2–3 minutes, until soft.
  5. Add cheese if desired and microwave 20–30 seconds.
  6. Rest 1 minute.

5. Mexican Street Corn Dip

Serves: 1–2 snack portions

Time: 4–5 minutes

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup corn
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sour cream or yogurt
  • 1 tbsp shredded cheese
  • ¼ tsp chili powder or paprika
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Steps

  1. Add corn to Chef Pot.
  2. Cover and microwave for 2 minutes.
  3. Drain extra liquid if needed.
  4. Stir in mayo, sour cream, cheese, chili powder, and lime.
  5. Microwave another 30–45 seconds.
  6. Stir and serve warm.

6. Mediterranean Salmon & Veggie Pot

Serves: 1

Time: 5–7 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 small salmon fillet
  • ½ cup zucchini, peppers, or cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder

Steps

  1. Add vegetables to Chef Pot.
  2. Place salmon on top.
  3. Add oil, lemon juice, and seasoning.
  4. Cover and microwave for 3½–4 minutes.
  5. Check doneness. Add 30–60 seconds if needed.
  6. Rest 1–2 minutes.

7. Chicken Cacciatore Bowl

Serves: 1

Time: 8–10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 100–125 g chicken breast, cut into small pieces
  • ⅓ cup pasta sauce
  • ¼ cup sliced bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp sliced onion
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning

Steps

  1. Add chicken, oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Cover and microwave for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir carefully.
  4. Add pasta sauce, peppers, and onions.
  5. Cover and microwave another 3–4 minutes.
  6. Check that chicken is fully cooked.
  7. Rest 2 minutes.

Serving idea: Serve over cooked rice or pasta separately.

8. Egg & Veggie Breakfast Bake

Serves: 1

Time: 3–4 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp chopped vegetables
  • 1 tbsp shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. Beat eggs and milk.
  2. Stir in vegetables, cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour into Chef Pot.
  4. Cover loosely and microwave for 1 minute.
  5. Stir gently.
  6. Microwave another 45–60 seconds, until set.
  7. Rest 1 minute.

9. Easy Rice & Veggie Bowl

Serves: 1

Time: 4–5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • ¼ cup frozen vegetables
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp oil or butter
  • Optional: ¼ cup cooked chicken

Steps

  1. Add cooked rice, vegetables, soy sauce, and oil/butter.
  2. Cover and microwave for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir.
  4. Add cooked chicken if using.
  5. Microwave another 1 minute, until hot.
  6. Rest 1 minute.

Important: Use cooked rice. Dry rice needs more liquid and may overflow in a 750 ml pot.

10. Pizza Pasta Bake

Serves: 1

Time: 8–10 minutes

Ingredients

  • ½ cup small pasta
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup pasta sauce
  • 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp chopped peppers or olives
  • Italian seasoning

Steps

  1. Add pasta and water to Chef Pot.
  2. Cover and microwave for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir.
  4. Microwave another 1–2 minutes, until pasta is tender.
  5. Drain extra water if needed.
  6. Stir in sauce, cheese, vegetables, and seasoning.
  7. Microwave 30–60 seconds, until cheese melts.
  8. Rest 1 minute.

Egg Mate Recipes

1. Classic Breakfast Sandwich Eggs

Makes: 2 eggs

Time: 2–3 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • Cooking spray or a small amount of oil/butter
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. Lightly grease both Egg Mate compartments.
  2. Crack 1 egg into each compartment.
  3. Pierce each yolk once.
  4. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Close the lid.
  6. Microwave for 1½–2 minutes for softer eggs, or 2½–3 minutes for firmer eggs.
  7. Rest for 30 seconds.
  8. Slide eggs onto English muffins, toast, or bagels.

Serving idea: Add cheese, turkey slices, avocado, or tomato.

2. Egg & Cheese English Muffin

Makes: 1–2 sandwiches

Time: 3–4 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 English muffin halves or 1 full English muffin
  • 1–2 slices cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional: butter or mayo

Steps

  1. Cook 2 eggs in the Egg Mate using the Classic Breakfast Sandwich method.
  2. Toast the English muffin separately.
  3. Place cheese on the warm muffin.
  4. Add the cooked egg.
  5. Close the sandwich and serve.

Tip: Put cheese on the hot egg so it melts without needing extra cooking.

3. Spinach & Feta Egg Rounds

Makes: 2 egg rounds

Time: 2–3 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped spinach
  • 1 tbsp crumbled feta or shredded cheese
  • Black pepper

Steps

  1. Lightly grease both compartments.
  2. Crack 1 egg into each compartment.
  3. Pierce each yolk once.
  4. Add spinach and cheese on top.
  5. Close the lid.
  6. Microwave for 2–2½ minutes, or until set.
  7. Rest for 30 seconds before removing.

Serving idea: Great on toast, pita, or inside a breakfast wrap.

4. Mini Omelet Egg Rounds

Makes: 2 mini omelet rounds

Time: 2–3 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onion or green onion
  • 1 tbsp shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. Beat eggs and milk in a small bowl.
  2. Stir in vegetables, cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lightly grease both Egg Mate compartments.
  4. Divide the egg mixture evenly between both compartments.
  5. Close the lid.
  6. Microwave for 1½ minutes.
  7. Check and add 20–40 seconds if needed.
  8. Rest for 30 seconds before removing.

Tip: Keep vegetables finely chopped so they cook evenly.

5. Bagel Egg Melt

Makes: 1 bagel sandwich

Time: 3–4 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bagel, sliced
  • 1 slice cheese
  • Optional: tomato, avocado, turkey, or hot sauce

Steps

  1. Cook 2 eggs in the Egg Mate.
  2. Toast the bagel separately.
  3. Add cheese to one side of the bagel.
  4. Place both cooked eggs on top.
  5. Add any toppings.
  6. Close and serve warm.

Tip: For a bigger sandwich, stack both eggs in one bagel.

6. Egg & Avocado Toast

Makes: 2 toasts

Time: 3 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices toast
  • ½ avocado, mashed
  • Salt, pepper, and lemon juice
  • Optional: chili flakes

Steps

  1. Cook 2 eggs in the Egg Mate.
  2. Toast bread separately.
  3. Mash avocado with salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice.
  4. Spread avocado on toast.
  5. Place one egg on each toast.
  6. Add chili flakes if desired.

Steps

  1. Make Mini Omelet Egg Rounds in the Egg Mate.
  2. Warm the tortilla separately for 10–15 seconds.

Tip: Cut the egg rounds into strips if they fit better in the wrap.

9. Turkey & Egg Breakfast Sandwich

Makes: 1–2 sandwiches

Time: 3–4 minutes

  • 2 eggs
  • 1–2 slices turkey
  • 1 slice cheese
  • 1 English muffin, bagel, or sandwich bun
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. Cook 2 eggs in the Egg Mate.

Tip: For best texture, warm the turkey separately for 10–15 seconds before assembling.

10. Pizza Egg Rounds

Makes: 2 egg rounds

Time: 2–3 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tsp pizza sauce per egg
  • Italian seasoning
  • Optional: finely chopped peppers

Steps

  1. Lightly grease both compartments.
  2. Crack 1 egg into each compartment.
  3. Pierce each yolk once.
  4. Add a small spoon of pizza sauce, cheese, and seasoning on top.

1. Classic Grilled Cheese

Best for: Classic / Regular

Time: 3–4 minutes

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 2 slices sandwich bread
  • 1–2 slices cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • Butter or mayo for outside of bread

Steps

  1. Spread butter or mayo on the outside of both bread slices.
  2. Place cheese between the bread slices.
  3. Place sandwich inside the Micro Grill.
  4. Close and microwave for 2 minutes.
  5. Carefully flip the grill.
  6. Microwave another 1–2 minutes, until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
  7. Rest for 30 seconds, then serve.

Tip: Mayo on the outside gives a nice golden finish.

2. Pizza Grilled Cheese

Best for: Classic / Regular

Time: 4 minutes

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 4–6 pepperoni slices or chopped peppers
  • Italian seasoning
  • Butter or mayo for outside

Steps

  1. Spread butter or mayo on the outside of the bread.
  2. Add pizza sauce, mozzarella, toppings, and seasoning inside.
  3. Close sandwich and place in Micro Grill.
  4. Microwave for 2 minutes.
  5. Flip and microwave another 1½–2 minutes.
  6. Let rest 30 seconds before cutting.

Tip: Do not overfill, or sauce may leak out.

3. Turkey & Cheese Melt

Best for: Classic / Regular

Time: 3–4 minutes

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • 2–3 slices turkey
  • 1 slice cheese
  • 1 tsp mustard or mayo
  • Butter or mayo for outside

Steps

  1. Spread mustard or mayo inside the bread.
  2. Add turkey and cheese.
  3. Spread butter or mayo on the outside.
  4. Place in Micro Grill and close.
  5. Microwave 2 minutes.
  6. Flip and microwave another 1–2 minutes.
  7. Rest briefly and serve.

Tip: Thin fillings work best in the Classic size.

4. Breakfast Egg & Cheese Toastie

Best for: Classic / Regular

Time: 3–4 minutes if egg is pre-cooked

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 cooked egg
  • 1 slice cheese
  • Butter or mayo for outside
  • Optional: cooked turkey or tomato slice

Steps

  1. Cook the egg separately first.
  2. Place egg and cheese between bread slices.
  3. Spread butter or mayo outside the sandwich.
  4. Place in Micro Grill Classic.
  5. Microwave 2 minutes.
  6. Flip and microwave 1–2 minutes more.
  7. Rest 30 seconds and serve.

5. Cheese Quesadilla

Best for: Classic / Regular

Time: 3–4 minutes

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 medium tortilla
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp salsa or cooked chicken, optional

Steps

  1. Place cheese on half of the tortilla.
  2. Add a small amount of salsa or cooked chicken if using.
  3. Fold tortilla in half.
  4. Place inside Micro Grill.
  5. Microwave 1½–2 minutes.
  6. Flip and microwave another 1–2 minutes.
  7. Rest briefly, then cut into wedges.

Tip: Use less salsa to avoid sogginess.

6. Nutella Banana Toastie

Best for: Classic / Regular

Time: 3 minutes

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread
  • ½ banana, thinly sliced
  • Butter for outside

Steps

  1. Spread chocolate hazelnut spread inside the bread.
  2. Add banana slices.
  3. Butter the outside.
  4. Place in Micro Grill.
  5. Microwave 1½ minutes.
  6. Flip and microwave another 1–1½ minutes.
  7. Rest before eating because the filling will be hot.
